Geeks pray $100,000 box will solve software crisis
Thursday, August 24th, 2006The Channel Register discusses the RAMP project in their article: Geeks pray $100,000 box will solve software crisis. The term “software crisis” hasn’t been bandied about like this in a decade or two (it was a very popular term in the late 1980s). Multicore software appears to be the new ’software crisis’. It will be interesting to see how this one is resolved, although I can’t seem to find out what the solution was to the last Software Crisis.
