RedNeurons (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced its Tensor MPU2016 multiprocessor.  It is built from a combination of Freescale 8641D dual core PowerPC processors and Xilinx Virtex4-FX FPGAs.  Red Neurons provides low-cost, high-performance supercomputers based on embedded systems components.
